Let's Fight Corona Together

Coronavirus Awareness and Prevention.

coronavirus

Coronavirus is a family of viruses that can cause a range of diseases in humans including the common cold and severe forms such as SARS and MERS that are life-threatening. The virus is named after its shape, which takes the form of a crown with protrusions around it and is therefore known as a coronavirus.

Spread from person to person

Coronavirus is mainly believed to spread from person to person.
  • Spreads from people who are in close contact with each other (within about 6 feet).
  • Respiratory drops are produced when an infected person sneezes or coughs.

These drops may land in the mouth or nose of those who are nearby or possibly live in the lungs.

Can anyone spread the virus without getting sick?

  • People are considered the most contagious when they are most symptomatic (most sick).
  • Some symptoms may be possible before people show symptoms; There have been reports of this happening with this new coronavirus, but the virus is not thought to be the main way of virus spread.

How easily the virus spreads

How easily the virus spreads from one person to another person. Some viruses are highly contagious (easily spread) such as measles, while other viruses do not spread easily. Another factor is whether the spread is continuous, spreading continuously without stopping.

The virus that causes COVID-19 appears to spread continuously to the community ("community dissemination") in some affected geographic areas.

 What is community dissemination?

Community dissemination means that people have become infected with the virus in an area, including some who are not sure how or where they got infected.

We all can fight corona by following some important measures:

  • Wash your hand frequently:

Clean your hands regularly and wash your hand thoroughly with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or wash them with soap and water.

Why?
Washing your hands with soap and water or rubbing alcohol-based hand sanitizer kills viruses that may be on your hands.

  • Maintain social distancing:

Maintain distance between yourself and anyone who is sneezing or coughing at a distance of at least 1 meter (3 feet).

    Why?
When someone sneezes or coughs, they spray small liquid droplets through their nose or mouth that may contain the virus. If you are very close, you can breathe in coughs, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.

    • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth:

    Why?
Your hands may touch contaminated surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once in contact with contaminated surfaces, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose, or mouth. From there, this virus can enter your body and make you sick.

    • Practice respiratory hygiene:

You and the people around you should follow good respiratory hygiene. This respiratory hygiene means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you sneeze or coughs. Then dispose of this used tissue immediately.

Why? This virus is spread by droplets. By following this respiratory hygiene, you can protect people around you from such viruses as COVID-19.

    • If you feel difficulties in breathing, fever, then seek medical care early

If you feel unwell then stay home. If you have cough, fever, and difficulty in breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the instructions of your local health authority.

    Why?
National and local authorities will have the most updated information on the status of your area. Calling in advance will allow your health care provider to quickly direct contact you to give the right healthcare facility. It will also protect you and help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.
    • Wear a facemask

If you are sick, you must wear a mask among other people such as sharing a room or vehicle and before entering a healthcare provider's office. If you are not able to wear a mask because of trouble in breathing, then you should try your best to cover your face while coughing and sneezing.

The only way to prevent coronavirus illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.

    stay home| coronavirus

As per our government, staying at home and keep social distancing is only and only best option to fight coronavirus. As we all know coronavirus is growing rapidly and causing the death of many peoples around the world. We all know "Prevention is better than Cure"So, we have to take care of ourselves, our family, our society and our country.

Always try to boost your body immunity so that this virus does not enter and damage your body. Many immunity boosters fight from cold and cough, present in our homes such as jaggery, turmeric, ginger black pepper, clove and many more. All these can fight this virus.

Always follow a healthy lifestyle to stay away from germs and viruses. Do yoga and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day to boost your energy and immunity.
